Backtagging: Yes, with memes I'll go for a while! For a game I'll go back a month or so, but any longer then I may suggest we drop or hand-wave just due to the nature/pace of a game.
Threadhopping: In network posts, have at it. In logs, ask first via PM or bagelsandbiscuits 
Fourthwalling: Let's discuss it first? Unless it's part of your character to fourth wall (i.e. Deadpool) then have at it.

Kissing this character: Fine, but same as above.
Flirting with this character: He'll 100% flirt back, even if he may have no intention of taking it further than that.
Fighting with this character: Absolutely.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Let's discuss it first.
Killing this character: Needs to be plotted out first.
Using telepathy/mind reading/mind control abilities on this character: As a Jedi, he would be fairly resistant to such things, so would fight it. We'd probably need to chat to figure out what your character would actually be able to do. I'm fine with them potentially being strong enough to bypass his ability to block them but we'd need to OOC discuss it.

Opt-In/Opt-Out

Being a Jedi Master, Obi-Wan has several powers that require an opt-in for your character(s). Please let me know what you're comfortable with, and I'll abide that. I don't imagine him trying to use his Jedi Mind Trick on any LIERs (unless you try to sell him death sticks?), but it might happen during an event where he's not entirely himself or if your character is especially annoying.

He can do the following which require your opt-in: influence others with weak minds, he has extrasensory perception and can read thoughts by those unable to prevent him from doing so.

So please let me know if and what Obi-Wan might be able to tell about you, and if you're comfortable with him being able to read your thoughts in any capacity. He can generally glean people's intent, but won't actively try to enter anyone's head unless he has a good reason.

Opt-in to extrasensory perception and reading thoughts. Michael has no defenses but she knows what telepathy feels like (at least Vulcan telepathy) so she might notice if he tries?

opting in for extrasensory perception and reading thoughts! cassian doesn't have defenses, he'll just be really freaked out about someone possibly knowing what he's thinking/feeling (and i'll laugh). he's a ball of anxiety and paranoia a lot of the time, and obi-wan is free to pick up on whatever cues that may be relevant in the thread!
